• Coordinate Outfits, Don't Match: Instead of everyone wearing identical outfits, aim for a coordinated look. Choose a color palette (e.g., warm neutrals, cool blues, earthy tones) and select clothes within that scheme. Avoid busy patterns, logos, and neon colors, as these can be distracting. Comfort is key – you want everyone to feel relaxed!

• Timing is Crucial for Kids (and Adults!): Schedule the session around your children's nap times and feeding schedules to ensure they are well-rested and happy. For everyone, try to pick a time when energy levels are typically high, avoiding right before meal times or bedtimes.

• Prepare Your Little Ones: If young children are involved, bring their favorite snacks, drinks, or small toys (that won't be visible in photos) to help keep them happy and engaged. Let kids know it's a fun time to play and snuggle, not just stand still.

• Embrace Imperfection & Authenticity: Indoor sessions are fantastic for capturing real, candid moments – a child snuggling into a parent, a shared laugh on the sofa. Don't feel pressured to have everyone perfectly posed at all times. The most cherished photos often come from the authentic, unplanned interactions.

Booking and shooting date

. Book and shoot within the same week.

. Please only place booking only when you have a confirmed date

Reschedule and Cancelation

. Deposit will be forfeit for any reschedule or cancelation

Deposit 50% upon booking

Balance 50% upon completion of photoshoot
 

Please be punctual

. Customer are allow to come in 15 minutes before the photoshoot to settle down

. Customer are allow to come in 2 hours before the photoshoot only if you have engaged our makeup service (Sorry that we can't allow to do makeup in out studio if you are planning on self makeup and / or engaging outside makeup artist as it may affect other customers that booked for the earlier session.)​

Printing collection

. Claim photo print within 6 months from soft-copies delivery date
