below is the guidance on placing a booking, reschedule, top up and basic house rule.

 

Please be reminded that our photography deal is : 

​

Applicable on : Graduation portrait, maternity portrait, family portrait, couple portrait, friendship portrait only

 

Not applicable on : Pre-wedding, baby portrait, photography for commercial usage

 

Valid on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday. 

​

Not valid on public holidays.

​

3 slots available daily : 11am, 2pm, 5pm

​

Valid for indoor shoot in our photography studio at Aman Suria, Petaling jaya only.

​

Customers are advised to come on time for the photo shoot. Photo sessions will be forfeit if a customer is late for more than 10 minutes. 

​

Combined voucher is not allowed.

​

Customers are required to bring their own costumes.

​

Top up and extra prints is available at additional cost 

​

Copyright of photos belongs to Unplanned moments production.

Softcopies will be delivered via Google cloud service, and hardcopies can be collected within 1 month from photo selection day.

Reschedule, cancelling and refund

​

Only 1 reschedule is allowed with a valid reason.

​

Below are the acceptable reason for rescheduling

   . Sickness

   . Unfortunate incidence

   . Weather (Only applicable for outdoor photo shooting)

Customers are advised to be punctual, as the photo shoot is booked based on time slot (for example 11am to 11.30pm), photo shoot will be cancelled if the customer is late for more than 10 minutes.
