When choosing your package, remember this fundamental truth: You get what you pay for.

Key Considerations for Your Choice:​

Be Reasonable: If you opt for one photographer but have multiple, simultaneous events (like separate, distant preparation locations) or a tight schedule with a short gap between the ceremony and reception, your photographer's time will be spent covering the essential events, not creating extra content.

Same-Day Edits (SDE): Please note that if your wedding involves extensive coverage demands (e.g., many complex moments or travel) but you choose a single photographer, it is highly likely that a Same-Day Edit (SDE) or quick montage will not be possible. The photographer's focus will be entirely on capturing the irreplaceable moments of your day.

Special Remark

Working hour
. We appreciate a clear briefing and precise itinerary before the wedding. We do understand some weddings may need extra coverage, please be advised that additional charges apply for overtime.

Crew meal
. A simple and packed meal before wedding reception is much appreciated.

A simple work space with power plug for SDE montage preparation
. We appreciate a clean and safe place for us to work on the SDE montage.
. Commonly hotel and convention centre will be able to provide us a day use room or function room for refreshment and editing.
. Restaurant may be able to provide us a table or backstage for editing and crew meal.

No handphone
. We need 2 hands to operate our camera, and we often need to arrange the positioning for group photos.
. We appreciate your permission for us to refrain from taking photo with guest's phone so we can focus on photographing the event

Sorry dear drunk guest
. Wedding is a happy occasion, however, we seek your kind understanding that we do not entertain drunk guests.
FAQ and Payment term

50% Deposit upon booking
50% Balance 1 week before wedding or upon completion of wedding event

Cancelation and reschedule
The booking retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable, as it secures a date that is then closed to all other inquiries. Any request to reschedule or cancel will result in the forfeiture of the retainer.

Are your rates flexible?
Out of fairness to all of my clients who pay full price, my rates are not flexible. I do, however, offer a wide range of packages which means that we can certainly sort out wedding day coverage that works with your budget.

Can we exchange the complimentary items to discount?
Complimentary items doesn't carry any value, exchanging the items to discount is not allowed.

How long have you been a wedding photographer
I've been a full-time wedding photographer since 2007
Do you have back-up equipment?
Yes, I always have at least two cameras and multiple lenses, it’s exceptionally rare that a technical issue occurs but in the event that it does, I’m covered!

How many images will we receive and do we get usage rights?
We are unable to provide an expected number of photos because each wedding is so different, and as a result the number of photos from each wedding will be different.
​
Details like the size of your wedding, number of guests, length of time allowed for portraits, number of locations, number of photographers, travel time between locations, etc.. all play their part in how many photos you will receive.
​
How long after the wedding will the photographs be ready?
Your images are ready within 6 to 8 weeks following the wedding. I always aim to try and deliver them sooner than this if possible.

How far in advance do we need to book?
We are only able to serve 1 couple for each date. Hence, we strongly advice you to proceed with booking once your wedding details have been confirmed.

What type of payments do you accept?
Most people choose to pay via online-transfer, I also accept cash and cheques. Unfortunately I’m not able to accept credit cards at this time.
How will we receive our photos?
Once your photos are ready, you will receive a link to an online gallery that has all of the finished photos from your wedding day. This gallery has an option to batch download all of your images as high-resolution digital files, you also have the option to download photos individually, which is a great way to share the images from your wedding with family and friends.

Will you be posting images of our wedding on your website, Facebook, Instagram, etc..?
Yes, I will likely share some of your images online. If this is an issue for you please let me know ahead of time.

What information do you require before the wedding day?
Two weeks or so before your wedding day I’ll request more detailed information such as a full itinerary, confirmation of venue addresses, photographic restrictions, your list of formal group shots, etc..
​
What would happen if you are unwell on our wedding day?
If I’m unwell enough to not be able to photograph your wedding, or in the event of an ‘emergency’ I have forged strong relationships with other great wedding photographers that I can contact to arrange a replacement.
I’ve never missed a wedding through illness to date.

Are my wedding photos safe?
Safety of your photos is of our utmost importance.
That’s why it’s incredibly important that I back up your images.
Your wedding photos will be backed up in multiple locations - a secured external hard disk drive, as well as secured cloud storage.
