Thank you for choosing us to capture your products! This guide will walk you through our process to ensure a smooth and successful photoshoot, from initial contact to final delivery.
Step 1: Inquiry & Briefing
Your project begins with you. Please provide us with a clear brief about your product and your vision. A mood board or reference images are highly recommended to help us understand your desired aesthetic, including lighting, color palette, and overall feel. This ensures we're all on the same page from the start.
Step 2: Quotation
Based on the information you provide, we'll send you a detailed quotation. This will include all costs, such as the shooting fee, any necessary backdrop and prop costs, and an estimated timeline. This is a "ballpark" figure that gives you a clear understanding of the investment.
Step 3: Confirmation
To confirm your photoshoot, a 50% deposit is required. Once this is received, your booking is secure, and we can begin the planning phase.
Step 4: Planning & Scheduling
After confirmation, we will finalize the concepts and shooting schedule. We'll set a firm photoshoot date and a delivery date for the final images.
Step 5: Product & Prop Delivery
Please send your products and any specific props to us. To ensure we have adequate time for setup and preparation, we require them to be delivered at least 3 days before the scheduled photoshoot date.
Step 6: Photoshoot & Post-Production
The photoshoot will be completed within 1-3 days. This phase includes the actual shoot and our standard post-production work, which covers the following:
Color & Light Correction: Adjusting the image to ensure accurate colors and balanced lighting.
Basic Retouching & Cleaning: Removing minor dust, scratches, and blemishes to present a polished product.
Important Notes
Manipulation Editing: Please note that manipulation editing is not included. This means we do not perform complex edits like adding or removing objects, extensive background changes, or major alterations to the product itself.
Step 7: Final Delivery & Balance Payment
Once the images are edited, they will be delivered to you. These delivered versions are considered the final product. A gentle reminder that the remaining balance is due upon final delivery.
Step 8: Product & Prop Return
We will send your products and props back to you after the project is complete.
Reshoot Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. A reshoot may be available if there is a reasonable cause. However, please be aware that a reshoot will incur an additional 50% charge of the original shoot fee.
